In recent years mathematical and statistical methods become more and more important for studying complex biological phenomena. The policy of the ‘International Journal of Biomathematics and Biostatistics” is to offer a forum of high quality research papers in this field. Topics of interests include but are not limited to dynamical systems models, numerical methods, stochastic models and statistics with applications in population dynamics, ecology, epidemiology, physiology, biotechnology and bioengineering, etc. Papers focusing on new mathematical and statistical methods for applications in biology and papers describing new findings in biology based on advanced mathematical and statistical methods will be equally considered.
